This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The rooms were incredibly spacious, with a separate sitting area and bedroom, and even a balcony to enjoy the view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome during our stay. The hotel was also meticulous about cleanliness, with the rooms being kept spotless throughout our time there. And the best part? Breakfast was included, and we had multiple options to choose from, ensuring we started our day right.
Everything was just perfect!

The bed was big & the staff there were helpful! We enjoyed the room with a shower and beds. Location, an easy walk to all attractions. An ideal place for exploring Chiang Mai.
Nothing not too like.

I loved staying at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, giving me recommendations on things to do and see in the area. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast with fresh mango. The room was really spacious and had a kitchen, which was nice for making my own tea and coffee. Additionally, I appreciated that this hotel was in a quiet location but still close to a fantastic market.
Nothing that I didn't like!

The hotel offers great value for the money. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a great shower. It is conveniently located close to public transportation and within a short ride to the city center. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.
The hotel does not offer many amenities to its guests, such as a pool or a gym. the breakfast options are limited and could use some improvement.

Rooms are confortable, clean, with all the facilities we can expect in this range of hotel, and even more. The area is quiet and the building not noisy. The hotel is not very convenient if somebody needs to visit the city, but for me the location was ideal because close to my business area.
I used this hotel for the second time; this time I noticed a slight deterioration of the friendness of some staff

The hotel staff were exceptional, from the front of house to the cleaners. In-house restaurant was very good and very cheap. Lastly, although slighty further out of the centre of Chiangmai, it was easy to get around due to regular public transport being cheaply available.

This hotel in the Chang Puaek area of Chiang Mai, just outside the old city walls, was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious and equipped with a small kitchen, which was a great convenience for an extended stay. The staff members were friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issues we had, such as a plumbing problem and locking ourselves out of the room safe. The hotel's location, close to bars and a modern grocery store, allowed us to experience the local scene while still being within proximity to the old city.
The hotel's sound insulation could use some improvement. On a couple of occasions, we had trouble with noise coming from the adjacent room and late-night karaoke singers from the local bars.

It's friendly and helpful, clean and reasonably priced. I never stay anywhere else in Chiang Mai. It's a half hour walk from the tourist area, and while it's easy to get a taxi into town, it's more difficult getting one back, and tuk tuk drivers won't move for less than 60Baht. A minor problem! There's the Accor Merkur ten minutes walk away if you want a classy drink, and the TOPs supermarket next to the Merkur is superb for fruit, salads, croissants, pastries and toiletries i would strongly recommend it.

Very nice hotel. Big, comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms. Very friendly stuff, good localization, quiet and calm.
I couldn't get any answer for my emails to the hotel. I've sent them several messages with questions and didn't get any answer. Nevertheless they did their job very well.

Clean modern hotel with spacious rooms and professional staff. The location is a bit far from the old quarter of Chiangmai for our liking. It's fine with a hired bike though.
